Rams and their landlords enter arbitration

After failing to come to an agreement on stadium renovation plans, the Rams have entered into arbitration with their landlord, the St. Louis Convention and Visitors Center (CVC).  The two entities voted on entering arbitration on June 14. The CVC did not accept the team’s $700 million budget, and instead offered $48 and $124 million to update the Edward Jones Dome. The arbitration process is expected to last at least 6 months, according to the Washington Post.
