The Bucs have a new director of college scouting—former Seattle Seahawks scouting executive Eric Stokes, according to the Tampa Tribune. Stokes has 14 years experience in the NFL, both as a player and a scout. He was an area scout for seven years and worked on the professional side for three while he was with the Seahawks.
