Jaguar officials are seeking ways to improve the fan experience at EverBank Field, according to Jacksonville.com, which will be announced before the preseason game in August. The main concern is the tarps the team uses to cover seats and reduce stadium capacity and therefore the chance of a blackout. The tarps cover approximately 10,000 seats, but officials want a cost-effective way to replace the tarps without increasing seating capacity.
