The Buccaneers may soon find themselves in a legal battle with Hillsborough County, according to the Tamp Bay Times. The county set aside $12 million for a “first-class practice facility” over 16 years ago, but the team never spent the money and now the county wants it back. In order to use the money, the team would have had to surrender ownership of the facility to the Tampa Sports Authority, which they did not do when they build their current practice facility.
