Creamy cucumber cups

Not all game-day fare has to be fried or come on a corn chip. If you’re attending or hosting a viewing party these creamy cucumber cups are a super quick appetizer. It is light and creamy making it a refreshing lower calorie option.

Prep time on these are are minimal. It takes about fifteen minutes to put them together and the cost is around $8.00 and you’ll have sour cream and cream cheese left for your other dips and chili.

4-5 cucumbers (roughly peeled or peeled in stripes)

1/4 cup Philidelphia Savory Garlic cooking cream

1/4 cup sour cream

2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix (powder)Cucumber cups

Dried chives

Peel cucumbers leaving small strips of peel.

Cut into 1 inch slices

Dig out half of the seeds and flesh with a spoon or a melon baller.  Fill the depression with a dollop of cream mix and top with a pinch of chives.
