Okay, so that’s not the real name. I actually don’t know the real name. You can call it your own though. Betty’s dip or Angela’s or … well, you get the idea.
This is a change from the salty chips and dip. It is vegetarian friendly, depending. It is definitely kid friendly too. It takes 5 little minutes to make and it keeps well.
Though I don’t know the name, what I do know is that it is the most simple thing you can make, it will be quite popular and it tastes heavenly. This is a sweet dip that can be modified to suit your serving purposes.
I will give you the basic recipe and a few optional suggestions. Ready?
1 Jar Marshmallow Fluff
1 Tub Philadelphia White Chocolate Cream Cheese (softened)
Yep. that’s it. Whip it up until they are well combined.

I served mine with strawberries, apples and pretzels. The dip is a little thick and you may add a splash of milk to thin it out to your liking.
The zest of an orange or lemon could zip it up and give it a little different taste. Perhaps some vanilla bean might be nice or even a swirl of preserves depending on the fruit you’ve chosen to serve it with.
Also, you can use plain cream cheese or Philadelphia also makes chocolate cream cheese. I think I’ll save that one for the holidays – very indulgent indeed.

definitely want to try this! looks delish!
