The Bucs had their chance to make plays and get back in the game, including winning two challenges when Tony Romo fumbled the ball twice in the third quarter but the Buccaneer’s offensive just couldn’t capitalize on Romo’s misfortune. Thank goodness for that! Demarcus Ware was back to his Pro Bowl form by stripping the ball from Josh Freeman and getting a sack. But the man of the hour on defense was the 50 million dollar man, Brandon Carr who with every game is showing, he’s worth every penny of his contract. Even with Brandon Carr playing out of his position against Tampa Bay, he played safety instead of corner today, he shut the Buccaneers best receiver, Vincent Jackson down and for that, he received the game ball. He deserved it! Congrats Brandon keep up the good work!
Okay, what I took away from watching today’s game is, one the offensive line has to get better and protect Romo, he was sacked twice today ad coughed up the ball both times. Two, we need Jason Witten to quit dropping balls. He dropped one today that was a sure touchdown and three, the Cowboys need to cut down on the penalties. Today, the Cowboys had 13 penalties for 105 yards. A better team would have taken advantage of that. Hey, I said, “it was an ugly win, “with the leading scorer being our field goal kicker, Dan Bailey with a 32, 26 and 22 yard field goals. Final score Dallas 16 -Tampa Bay 10. C’mon man! If the Cowboys are going to make a run for the playoffs our field goal kicker can’t be the leading scorer. Don’t get me wrong, we as Cowboys fans will take a win any way we can get it. However moving forward, Dallas has got to get better on offensive or at the end of December, Cowboys fans will be sitting home listening to Beyoncé’s, Deju Vu and once again thinking about what could have been.

Great read!
