Miami Dolphins and New York Jets

The Miami Dolphins missed a FG that could have won the game. Instead, Nick Folk made the winning FG for the New York Jets. Even though the Jets got the win, both teams played a terrible game in the South Florida rain on Sunday afternoon.

Reggie Bush was injured in the first half and did not return to the game. An MRI showed that he did not suffer any structural damage and could play this Sunday at Arizona, but nothing is confirmed yet. Jets’ CB Darrelle Revis also left the game with an injury and might be out for a while.

QB Tim Tebow has yet to throw a pass this year and got sacked at the Dolphins’ two-yard line. Then, Mark Sanchez came in, only to be picked off by Fins safety, Chris Clemons. Unfortunately, the possession did not lead to a score for Miami. Running backs Daniel Thomas and Jorvorskie Lane took the scoring duties with a TD each. QB Ryan Tannehill was 16 for 36 with 196 yards and one interception.

Fins fall to 1-2 on the season and head out west to the dry heat in Arizona to face the Cardinals this Sunday.
