Leave it to Jerry Jones to find new ways to keep the Dallas Cowboys rolling in the green or should I say, “rolling in the PINK?” Several hours before the start of the Monday night game between the Cowboys and the Bears, the new Victoria’s Secret PINK store will have its ribbon cutting ceremony. This isn’t the first partnership between a sports team and Victoria’s Secret but it will be the first time Victoria’s Secret will open at a sport’s venue.
Victoria’s Secret models Elsa Hosk and Jessica Hart will attend, along with Charlotte Jones Anderson, Jerry’s daughter, who’s the executive VP for brand management. The store will be located on the main concourse. So as female fans pile into the stadium with their husbands and boyfriends to cheer on the Cowboys, they can stop by and get that special lingerie, bras, panties or sexy Cowboys’ apparel before kickoff.
After all, with Victoria’s Secret coming to the biggest and highest profile stadium in the NFL , no matter which team wins, it will always be a win, win situation for the men in attendance. Of course, men will care if Dallas loses but with their women visiting the Victoria’s Secret PINK store, they’ll care a lot less about the score.
The PINK store will carry a collection for young women that include bras, panties, lounge and sleep wear. But the BEST part is, there will be merchandise that will have the famous Dallas Cowboys name and logo. For those naysayers who might laugh at the partnership, Jerry will have the last laugh all the way to the bank. Once again, all you can say is CHING, CHING, “How Bout’em!!!”
