The New York Giants didn’t get the win they wanted against rival Dallas Cowboys in the season opener. I’m sure the Giants still remember the Jerry Jones tirade and will use it as added motivation to beat the Cowboys in their home stadium. The Giants have proved time after time that they can get big wins on the road.

Key Matchups
Giants pass rush vs. Tony Romo
Osi Umenyiora, Justin Tuck, and Jason Pierre-Paul claim they are having “fun” playing football right now compared to earlier in the season. They will need to keep up that level of play every time Romo steps on the field. Scrambling and dodging the defense to extend plays, Romo made very few mistakes against the Giants last time.
Victor Cruz vs. Cowboys cornerbacks
Cruz had a lack luster game against the Cowboys with three dropped passes that should have been caught. He bounced back from that poor performance and became the premier wide receiver on the team. Now that Cruz has realized that teams are covering him better, he has to continue making those adjustments to get open because the Cowboys corners will be all over him.
Giants running game
The Giants must be ready to run the ball and the Cowboys did a good job at stopping the running game. Bradshaw will need to have a solid game and keep the energy high for the team. Hopefully David Wilson will see some playing time, so he could make up for his fumble from the last meeting.
Injuries
The Giants have listed WR Hakeem Nicks, RB Ahmad Bradshaw, S Kenny Phillips, LB Jacquian Williams, DT Rocky Bernard, and center David Bass on the injury report. Even though Bradshaw is listed as questionable, he told media that he will be playing on Sunday.
