There were some messy plays for the Miami Dolphins this Sunday, but all that mattered was the final score. QB Ryan Tannehill threw for two touchdowns, 29 yards to Marlon Moore and one yard to Anthony Fasano. Many were surprised to see head coach Joe Philbin call for a fake punt at fourth- and –one at Miami’s 40. It was a great decision since Jeff Fisher pulled his defense, which allowed Chris Clemons to run three yards up the middle for the first down. This clenched the win for Miami.

Brandon Fields displayed his power kick again this Sunday. He punted six times that averaged 53.8 yards. Dan Carpenter completed the loan field goal of the game for Miami, despite the gusty winds. Carpenter hasn’t been consistent these past couple of weeks. He missed a FG in the past three games and he is now 6/10.
Reggie Bush, despite his knee injury, went full throttle. At one point, Bush ran for a first down as jumped to avoid the tackle, he cart wheeled in the air as if he was a flying tree frog. Unfortunately it wasn’t enough yardages for the first down. Bush had 12 carries and five receptions on the day.
Both teams left the field 3-3. Miami heads into their bye- week, as the Rams get ready to play the Packers in St. Louis next Sunday.
