Everyone that knows me, knows that I love ginger. Ginger…..anything. Ginger ale, ginger candy, ginger snaps, etc. (It might have something to do with the fact that I am a ginger…..lol.) So when I discovered Moscow Mules, I knew they would be one of my favorite drinks. I love how light and refreshing they are. I think they are perfect for tailgating.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 ounces of lime juice
• 2 ounces of vodka
• 4 to 6 ounces of ginger beer (not ginger ale)

Serve in a copper mug, over ice. Garnish with a lime wedge and/or a slice of candied ginger. Sky Vodka has come out with a ginger version.  I haven’t tried it in a Moscow Mule yet, but that’s on my list. Cheers!
