Thanksgiving is an American tradition, and what way to celebrate the American tradition, then by watching the American sport. Every year my family gets together and watches American football. The women of the family stay in the kitchen, and cook the turkey and the meal, while the men drink beer in the living room and watch whatever game is on the television.
This thanksgiving is going to be a fun one, because it is the first one my whole family is home for. My cousin is out of the marines and we will all gather around the television to watch our favorite team, the New England Patriots, take on their rival, the New York Jets.
The whole family will eat and bond over the men battling it out on the grid iron, it will be the only game all year we watch together as a family, and win or lose we will be grateful that we are all together.
